Back from a hiatus!
My past 5 experiences tell me that once the week number in SMU hits double digit, you're gonna see the end really really quickly. Week 9 in coming to an end and I guess the next 6 weeks will zoom past like nobody's business rushing projects and starting to study for exams.
I'm finally back (as in mentally really really back) from recess week. Yeah, took a while but better be late than never.
Love my day. Got work done, got readings done, ahead of schedule, school is peaceful (it should be like that everyday man!
♥ modified term), hanging out with zhous and angs (the rest don't jeals), texting with HJ. Would be awesome if the period can like come now so that I can stop eating like a pig, feeling angsty and needing excessive sleep (read: PMS)
I miss the boyfriend who quarantined himself from me cos of he doesn't want to spread his flu/cough/sorethroat/fever to me, which I think is the ultimate form of love. Preparing for exchange already huh!

Update 19 April 4pm: Basically, all the fun stuff which I'm supposed to do this break week has all been slashed out (with the exception of poker which is happening tonight), including the novel which I picked up from Padro's now-very-neat shelf. I am a sucker for stories of child abuse (with a happy ending of course) and I have no idea why.
The only thing which I can pat my own back about is probably submitting my internship report. Talk about procrastination. heh. I've read one and a half out of the 19 articles for GDP 2, 3 and 4 combine and I feel like giving up already (thats why I'm blogging, baby).
zzz. Back to being the-loser-reading-incomprehensible-AT-articles-in-libs on the Saturday afternoon where 90% of the SMU population are celebrating their liberation.
PS: Its Mr Tan's (our primary school teacher) birthday today. Don't ask me why I remember such stuff.

Looking forward to the break!
Accounting Theory presentation in about half an hour time, and I'm bored of going through my slides over and over again. zzz
Someone asked me if I am ok cos she says my blog sounds damn sad. Am I? Did I? Exchange is like a how happy thing. Gotta admit that there are things here and there affecting my mood a bit here and there as well but generally, I am damn excited and looking forward to it! :) Starting to find out more stuff from Sacha and Lins, planning Niagara Falls trip with Chan when he comes over etc already. Happy like a bird!
I had a almost 40mins phone conversation with Yenfang yesterday afternoon and boy I was shocked when I saw the call summary! And as usual, she will end it with an SMS to reinforce the things she said to make me feel good. Sweetish! Its how ironic how our physical distance actually drew us closer emotionally to reach a peak after almost 10 years of friendship. Friends like her makes me feel that the world is not so self centric after all (although most of the times, it really is).
Time to start strolling to class and I'm so looking forward to recess next week! People having exams, all the best. Hugs and smooches for you guys, to be returned to me in 8 weeks time when its my turn. Love love!

Updates
Feels like it's been awhile. Much has happened since the last post, revolving around exchange, but I don't know where to start. Some were good, some were bad, some were very bad. But I guess I don't really wanna mention the bad and very bad now since its over? Appreciate the fact that my friends take the effort to encourage me and put good thoughts in my head. :) And more importantly, be there when the bad things happened, not just at the moment but also following up. Ahh, how not to love my Aquarius darlings? Its so hard not to draw similarities between the 2 of them! People at home, including Dad, Ah Ma and Ah Gong, are being very supportive as well! Yay! :)))))))
Had a BBQ with Chanchos over at Eunice's place and it was great hanging out with them again. Gotta admit the boys were pretty impressive with the preparation of everything this time round. Great job Timo and CS!
