The people I treasure
Typing a short post before I go jogging. (Becks you're a pig! But you messaged me immediately after I changed into my sports bra and all lah. If not, I might just... you know what)
The weekend that passed was awesome, except that it was expensive. Let's see...
Went to Ah Ma's place on Friday afternoon and nua the afternoon away with her. Someone asked me "how come you always go to your grandma's house and sleep one?". Well, I guess that's considered spending time as well. And the feeling of sleeping beside her, warm and cosy, is how hard to get.
Finally went for our hanabi threesome date with Dicky and Angs. Like seriously finally. Waiting for my treat to The Line from we-know-who. winkz
Spent my Saturday with the boyfriend. It was our *start counting fingers* 26 months. Not that we still celebrate but since it fell on a Saturday and he was off shift, we went for a good time and good dinner at one of my favourite places. Not telling you where in case you guys know how to score points with me. haha, jokes lah. Watched a movie at Century Square. I know most of you Westies will have no idea where that square is (cos I didn't). Its beside Tampines Mall lah! And the movie crowd in the east was abit, erm, weird. I don't know, not trying to start a east-west debate but my whole movie experience from buying the tix to buying popcorn, to entering the theater, to the actual screening didn't feel normal.
Managed to do some studying in school on Sunday and met the S82 boys for buffet (yes, I know again! thats why I am going running in 5mins time) at Merchant Court for ZG's bday. Burnt a hole in my pocket again but it was a great evening with the 4 boys, laughing as usual, even though they are seriously super unglam. Helped Hj and Nah with some finance questions equivalent to finance 101 and realised how much I have forgotten. shikes!
By the way, I have been avoiding going to the petrol kiosk nowadays but the other day I bo bian had to go and OMG, a full tank now costs me 60bucks. I know its still little comparing to you people driving bigger cars. But then, I used to be able to get a full tank for less than 50 leh.
Okay, time to stop this auntie market talk and off I go to shed off my Hanabi and Merchant court buffets.
Bye (fats)!
