Its hard to not drift away from AT class no matter how animated Prof JJ can get. I was surfing some recipes in class because Bobbs who was perpetually on food blogs kinda influenced me. Came across this carrot cake recipe which required very similar ingredients to my apple banana cupcake 2 weeks ago so I decided that I will make one today since its my 公公's birthday.

It didn't turn out as well at first. The surface was burnt but the insides were not fully cooked so I had to cut away the surface after this whole thing is cooked. Luckily the the cream cheese could cover up the ugly surface. :)

Hope the grands can appreciate my ang moh cai tao kway.
