We, the midnight movie couple caught Ah Long Pte Ltd and Kung Fu Dunk on the first and second night of chinese new year respectively. I think I would give Ah Long 2/5 and Kung Fu 3/5. Will watch CJ7 too, changed my mind cos apparently people are saying that its the best out of the 3.
I quite like Kung Fu Dunk, tears kinda welled up at the end during the Zeng Ziwei and Jay's scene. Very predictable plot and the qian kun da mo yi shit was lame though. Ah Long was lame shit and not as funny as uncle Jack's other movies.
Anyway, I caught Kung Fu Dunk a few minutes after the clock strikes 12 for Huijie's birthday. I messaged my butty bud before the show and so coincidentally, Jay's character, Ah Jie's jersey number is 5. I was like wow, so qiao. Ya lah, I actually took note of such details.
It was exactly 4 years ago I made my first cheesecake (which was damn cui) and it felt like just last year. How not to feel old?
