The weekends has been pretty happening. Pictures galore to speak the words...
A lil chill out session at TCC after the oh-so-funny TWC paper on Sat. When the invigilator says "you may begin", all of us flipped the page and started chuckling. The whole seminar room of us. Super funny, I tell you. Cos we were basically stunned at the questions. It was a 2 hour paper. The first guy left at half an hour. People started laughing again. The invigilator was shocked. He told her he didn't know what to write. Before he left, he said "all the best, guys." Everyone laughed again. Damn funny. Tried damn hard to think of what to write. Eventually left half an hour before the time. Couldn't bother more. Just happy that its over! :D
Caught Happy Feet at MSQ with the darling and had a decent dinner after weeks of Kopitiam. The food at Changing Appetite wasn't fulfilling enough for the tastebud though. Happy Feet was pretty nice. Super cute and not just a meaningless cartoon. Quite meaningful in a way. I told him I want a penguin and he said I always wanted every animal I watch in the movies. Quite true. Haha. I told him I wanted the piglet (Wilbur) when I saw the Charlotte's web trailer too. Tsk. Cute mah. And as if I will really want it.
Shopped around at MSQ. Super deprived of real shopping. Everything seemed nice. And the boy is looking for ways to spend part of his bonus. Hahaha. Creative now having some Christmas student sale. Like, show your matric card and the 1GB Zen V only $109. Super cheap. But who says I'm gonna flash my matric card for you, huh huh huh? Haha. Dar, got web cam also leh!
Had SA alumni vs SA match this (Sunday) afternoon. The girls are having their annual camp. So fun. Brings back some fond memories of our camp as well. Amazing race, remember the titans, sleeping on tables, playing cards at night when we were supposed to be sleeping, naming princesses and of course the PE teacher who came and borrow eraser.
Too bad the turnout of alumni wasn't too good. But still, we had our own share of fun.
As expected, 5 minutes into the game we all felt like dying already. I didn't know Mr Bok didn't know I used to be a shooter. Kinda shocked him when I played GA (and played quite well). Hee. On form lah. The shots just came naturally and went in damn nicely. Even I shocked myself. But it died off after a while lah. Now he is asking me back to play shooter to pair Ade. I knew it would come. I knew I would be tempted to start training and playing competitive again once I have a game like that. Then its back to the dilemmas, time, commitment, willingness to put in the hard work blah blah again. Sigh. When can I seriously get out of this man. It seems like I'm always trapped in this vicious cycle dilemma shit. So its either I decide to make the move or wait for it to die down again. Perhaps the decision ain't that hard now since their trainings are on Tuesday nights starting at 7.30. Just so happen that tax class ends at 8.30 on Tuesdays. Well... But then again, there's a part of me that feels like playing lah. Hate this man.
I think my toenail bled cos I saw blood on my socks but I can't exactly figure out which part the blood came from. All I know is the big toe is black AGAIN! Just hope it doesn't drop. My backache is quite bad. Not that I always want to say that I am old. But all these just can't stop proving to me that I am not young anymore leh. And I'm quite sure my muscles will be aching after I wake up as well.
Anyway, HIPS met up after that. Rushed down from Potong to Vivo cos I thought I was late. But apparently wasn't the latest. Stupid HJ, still have the cheek to blame me for it. Dinner at Sushi Tei and ice cream at Ben&Jerry's. Wheeeeeeeee. Steph and I shared dublin mudslide and one other super chocolatey flavour which Steph chose. But I think the ice cream is making my cough worse. It was a lot better today actually but now it seems like its back to square one. :( Thats for being gluttonish.
Thats about all for my rather haps weekends. I can't believe that I stayed up this late to do all the pictures and blog this entry. How come I never seem to stay up so late to study one? Haha. Kinda random but I hope I can embark on my Goong soon. Its currently hijacked by my mum. She is occupying the DVD player and halfway through it. That means I can only start after she finish. BAHHHHHH!
