2.4 million on car(s)
Saw this monster by the name of -something-
Zonda at Meritus Mandarin. According to the car-ie-pedia walking beside me, this metal on 4 wheels costs about 2.4 million bucks.
2.4 million. 2,400,000.
So I started calculating what I can get with 2,400,000. Only on cars.
If you think that a larmbogini is flashy enough, now it doesn't seem that flashy. According to the car-ie-pedia again, you can get a larmbo at about $500K. So it means that you can get at least 4 larmbo. 4 leh. Now you feel how
kuchit a larmbo is.
Then a larmbo can get about 3 crossfires. Which means 2.4 million can get me about 12 crossfires.
But if I have 2.4 million to spend on cars, I would never spend it on a Zonda or 4 larmbo. Siao. Singapore where got place for you to run. Still need to worry about getting scratched and stuff. No no. Not even 12 crossfire.
So I asked my car-ie-pedia what he wants. This is what he told me:
Get me Honda Odessey for family outing (and outing with lotsa friends also i suppose), Honda S2000 for our personal outings (i will make sure he only drive it when he goes out with me. so that he wouldn't pick up girls. haha!), Swift sports for daily transportation. In total about 250K.
Haha. Nice. 10% for him lah. So I still have
1,150,000 2,050,000. [oh shit, now I have 1 more million to spend. haha. cant believe that I calculated it wrongly lah. too much company law makes you go mad. Now i need help to spend the 1 million. Haha! Any takers?]My jazzie bab
eh on the way is about 51K. Lets round it to 50K. So I still have 1,100,000. Then I will get a Wish for big group outings also. (inside joke: then i can join the legendary wish on level H. hehe) Maybe about 80K. And I will pimp up the passengers seat. Hehe.
So I still have 1,020,000. Then I will get a
red,
orange,
yellow and
green Picanto each. Cos they look so cute. Hahaha. Imagine the 4 cheery cars side by side. See already also happy. About 40K each so 160K in total.
About 860K left. Then I will get Mummy the 2.0 Honda Civic. Since she likes it.
Still got change I think.
So in total, I have:
- Odessy
- S2000
- Swift Sports
- Black jazz
- Toyota Wish
- Red Picanto
- Orange Picanto
- Yellow Picanto
- Green Picanto
- Honda Civic
I can have at least 10 cars. If I want quantity, I could have 60 Picantos in total. 60 leh!! If you nice to me, I would even give it to you as a birthday or christmas present.
If you still cannot figure out how crazy 2.4 million on a car is. You can get at least 30 cars you see on the road everyday. Conservative estimation.

Anyway, my Jazz is on the way. Woo-hoo! But Jazzie bab
eh will be in black. Sob, no red. Because the fortune teller says me and my mum got lots of "fire" in us. So cannot drive red car. If not the temper will be worse. Hahaha. Super hilarious. Then he said we both lack of "water" so need "water" colours (ie. blue or black). Siannnnnnnn. I don't want the ahbeng blue. So we decided on black when my mum initially said NOnononono BLACK. What a contradiction. Now the teller say black can then she say can also. Whatever the teller says goes for her. Since she gave in to me to choose Jazzie over City already, I should just listen to her now. Hehe.
It wasn't easy persuading the older generation to choose the hatchback Jazzie over City. First say hatchback not safe, then say interior not nice, then say the front too short looks weird blah blah. Luckily I brought my car-ie-pedia with me to fight for it. Hehe. Cos Jazzie is not just about aesthetic apparently. Made in Japan, better fuel consumption, more worth the money blah blah. And luckily the salesperson were in the same tune as my car-ie-pedia.

Now after the commotion over the stupid Zonda, back to S216 oppression of minority. Grr. I feel oppressed, do you?
Oh yah, before that. Death Note rocks lah! Can't wait for part 2 to be out!!!
