Should I?

This is a very good example of how advertisement works on consumers. I walked pass the Orchard underpass twice today and it got me tempted to do further "research" on this thingy.

(based on the assumption that I upgrade my line and 3230 is still worth $300 of trade in) for a phone which has about the same functions as my current one.
Should I?
