Hostel Accident
China student fell to his death from hostel
A 16-year-old China student from Beijing fell to his death from his 3rd storey room at Novena Hall International Student Hostels in the Newton area.
Dad almost made that building part of Amsen. But because the rent is too steep. Thank God for that. Apparently, that building's windows are rather low. That's what I heard.
Mum called me to ask me about it after she saw the news. Student hostel in Newton. Too closely matched. She only mentioned 'student hostel in Newton' and that got me rather worried too. Just can't imagine if I do know that person. Afterall I spent more than half a year working there.
Hope this spurs Dad to look into the safety of his place.
